Author: Rae Hepburn, a British-born fashion designer, has been studying ancient divination systems her whole life. She started reading tea leaves as a young child, a skill passed on through multiple generations in her family. She is an accomplished tea leaf reader who has taught many others the skill of tasseomancy.

Artist: Shawna Alexander studied art and design at the prestigious Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles. She currently lives and works in L.A. where she has a successful designer tile business.
